Choose your standard size

Start with an abaya that fits you comfortably. Lay it flat and compare its measurements with the chart below. Refer to the illustrated guide for each measurement point.

The bust values shown are the width across the abaya, as illustrated in the chart. They are not full body-circumference measurements.

All measurements are in inches. Measurements may vary by approximately ±0.5 inch due to the fabric and measurement process.

How to measure your abaya

Use a soft measuring tape and keep your abaya smooth without stretching the fabric. Match the numbered points in the illustration to the guide below.

  1. Across Shoulder

    Measure across the back from one shoulder point to the other, following point 1 in the illustration.

  2. Bust

    With the abaya laid flat, measure straight across the chest from side to side at point 2. Compare this flat width with the chart.

  3. Sleeves Length

    Follow the sleeve measurement path marked 3 in the illustration, from its upper starting point to the end of the cuff.

  4. Armhole

    Check the armhole depth at point 4, using the upper shoulder and underarm points shown in the illustration.

  5. Front Length

    Measure from the high shoulder point beside the neck down to the front hem, following point 5. This is the abaya length, not your height.
